These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to EduViz ("the Service"), available at eduviz.app — an AI-powered platform that turns a written description of a concept into an animated, narrated teaching video. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use EduViz.
Effective Date: July 12, 2026
You describe a concept in a sentence; EduViz writes a structured lesson, has it reviewed against a teaching rubric, then animates and narrates it into a complete video. Videos are delivered as a storyboard of panels; you may regenerate individual panels you are not satisfied with. Features, output formats, and quality-control steps may evolve over time.
Sign-in is provided through Google. You agree to keep access to your Google account secure and to notify support@eduviz.app of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. One account per person; accounts may not be shared or resold.
The Service is billed per video. One video is a complete generated lesson up to the length stated on the pricing page.
- Free accounts include a limited number of videos (720p, with a small EduViz end credit) for personal and classroom use.
- Paid subscriptions allocate a monthly video allowance. Unused videos may roll over up to the cap stated on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund past payments.
- Video packs are one-time purchases that never expire.
- Panel regenerations: each video includes a plan-dependent number of panel regenerations. Beyond that allowance, additional regenerations are converted into video usage at the rate stated on the pricing page.
- Taxes and payment-processing fees may apply. All charges are in USD and processed by Stripe.
Allowances, prices, and conversion rates are stated on the pricing page and may change with notice. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.
You may not:
- Generate content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or unsafe for learners
- Include personal information about students or other third parties in prompts
- Attempt to probe, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security or quota mechanisms
- Resell access to the Service, share logins, or offer the Service as your own platform
- Use automated means to create accounts or farm free allowances
- Use the Service to create deliberately deceptive or fraudulent educational content
We may monitor usage patterns to enforce these rules and may refuse generation requests that violate them.
- You own the videos you generate, subject to the license scope of your plan (Section 7).
- You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service: storing, processing, rendering, and streaming your prompts and videos back to you.
- We do not use your prompts or generated videos to train our own models. Logs are kept only as long as needed for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
- AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing every video before teaching or publishing with it, and for ensuring your use does not infringe third-party rights.
- Free accounts: personal and classroom use — lectures, assignments, and teaching your own students. No commercial distribution.
- All paid accounts (subscriptions and video packs): full commercial rights — publishing to monetized channels, selling courses, client work, and marketing materials.
- The EduViz end credit on free-tier videos must not be removed.
EduViz is provided "as is." Video generation depends on third-party AI infrastructure; generation times are estimates, not guarantees. We may change features, adjust quality-control steps, impose fair-use limits, or discontinue parts of the Service. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, network providers, or third-party AI infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse allowances, or endanger the Service or its users. You may delete your account at any time; outstanding fees remain payable. Upon termination you lose access to videos stored on our servers — download anything you want to keep first.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of generated educational content.
- EduViz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid during the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for outcomes of decisions made using generated materials (teaching results, publication decisions, professional advice, etc.).
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of EduViz after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
