How do credits work?＋

1 credit generates one silent 720p clip you can download. Exporting that same clip at 1080p costs 1 extra credit and does not rerun planning, except on Founding Lifetime, where 1080p is included. Free 1080p exports keep the watermark; paid plans and packs export without it.

How long is a clip?＋

Each clip is one silent motion. Most stay a few seconds; a slower construction can run longer if that is what the picture needs. We will not turn one request into a full lesson. Split bigger ideas into more than one clip.

Do credits expire?＋

Subscription credits refresh every month and are valid for 30 days. Credits from clip packs and Founding Lifetime never expire.

How long are finished clips stored?＋

Finished clips stay available for 7 days on Free, 90 days on Creator and clip packs, and one year on Pro. Founding Lifetime keeps finished clips until you delete them. You can download again at no extra cost during that window.

Can I roll over unused clips?＋

Subscriptions don't roll over — your allowance resets each month. If you'd rather stock up and work at your own pace, buy a pack: pack credits never expire.

Can I use the clips commercially?＋

Free is for personal and classroom use. Paid plans and clip packs include commercial use under the Content License and export without the watermark or end credit.

How does priority work?＋

Founding Lifetime jumps the paid queue. Pro requests receive the next priority, Creator requests receive priority, and Free and pack requests use the standard queue. Longer-waiting requests continue to move forward during busy periods.

Can I generate several clips at once?＋

Free can have 1 clip in progress, Creator and clip packs up to 3, Pro up to 5, and Founding Lifetime up to 10. These are per-account limits, not reserved start times, so work may still wait briefly during busy periods.

What happens if a generation fails?＋

If a clip cannot be completed, the credits for that attempt are returned automatically. A 720p file that already finished stays available if a later 1080p export fails.
