EduViz refund and cancellation policy for subscriptions and video packs.
2026/07/12
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and video packs purchased on EduViz (eduviz.app). Generating a video consumes real compute — every video is rendered from scratch for you — so refunds are based on how much of what you paid for has actually been used. If something isn't right, please contact us before requesting a refund; most problems can be resolved directly.
Effective Date: July 12, 2026
First, the rule that matters most day-to-day: if a generation fails, the video is automatically returned to your allowance. You are only charged allowance for videos that are successfully delivered. A failed or stuck generation is our problem, not your cost — if you ever believe you were charged for a failed video, email us and we will restore it.
If a subscription renews and you contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge without having generated any videos in the new cycle, we will refund the renewal in full.
Panel regenerations included with each video, and overflow regenerations converted to video usage per the pricing page, are compute already spent and are non-refundable. If a regeneration produced a technically broken result (rendering artifact, missing audio), report it — we will restore the usage.

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you hold under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence (including EU/UK 14-day withdrawal rights, which — as permitted by law — you consent to waiving for each video once its generation begins).
