Content License | EduViz — Turn Any Concept into a Teaching Video Worth Pausing

1. Purpose

EduViz generates animated, narrated teaching videos from your descriptions. This Content License explains what you may do with the videos you generate, depending on your plan. It expands on Section 7 of our Terms of Service; if the two conflict, the Terms govern.

2. Ownership

You own the videos you generate. EduViz claims no copyright over your output. We retain only the limited operational rights needed to run the Service (storing, rendering, and streaming your videos back to you), as described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. Rights by Plan

Free Accounts — Personal & Classroom License

Allowed: personal study; teaching your own students — lectures, course pages, assignments, school LMS
Not allowed: any commercial distribution — monetized channels, paid courses, client work, marketplaces
Free-tier videos carry a small EduViz end credit, which must not be removed or cropped

Paid Accounts — Full Commercial License

Applies to all paid subscriptions and video packs:

Publish to monetized platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Bilibili, etc.)
Include videos in paid courses, textbooks, and educational products you sell
Use in client work, employer projects, conference talks, and marketing
No end credit; no attribution required (credit is appreciated, never required)

Survival: videos generated while your paid plan or pack entitlement was active keep their commercial license permanently — cancelling later does not revoke rights over videos you already generated.

One person per account: the license covers you, the account holder. Team or institutional licensing requires a separate agreement — contact us.

4. Rules That Apply to Every Plan

You may not, on any plan:

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute EduViz itself — including offering video generation as a service using your account
Present raw EduViz output as a benchmark of human work in bids or academic submissions where AI use is prohibited
Use generated videos in unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content
Train AI models on EduViz output at scale

5. Accuracy Responsibility

AI-generated lessons can contain mistakes. The license to use a video is not a warranty of its correctness — review every video before teaching or publishing with it. See the Terms of Service for the full disclaimer.

6. Third-Party Elements

Videos are rendered from programmatic animation and generated narration; they do not embed stock footage or third-party music. Fonts and rendering components used in output are licensed for this use.
