What you may do with the clips you generate on EduViz, by plan.

1. Purpose

EduViz generates silent math animation clips from your descriptions. This Content License explains what you may do with the clips you generate, depending on your plan. It expands on Section 7 of our Terms of Service; if the two conflict, the Terms govern.

2. Ownership

You own the clips you generate. EduViz claims no copyright over your output. We retain only the limited rights needed to create, store, and deliver the clips you request, as described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. Rights by Plan

Free Accounts — Personal & Classroom License

  • Allowed: personal study; teaching your own students — lectures, course pages, assignments, school LMS
  • Not allowed: any commercial distribution — monetized channels, paid courses, client work, marketplaces
  • Free-tier clips carry a small EduViz.app watermark and end credit, which must not be removed, hidden, or cropped out

Paid Accounts — Full Commercial License

Applies to all paid subscriptions and clip packs:

  • Publish to monetized platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Bilibili, etc.)
  • Include clips in paid courses, textbooks, and educational products you sell
  • Use in client work, employer projects, conference talks, and marketing
  • No watermark or end credit; no attribution required (credit is appreciated, never required)

Survival: clips generated while your paid plan or pack entitlement was active keep their commercial license permanently — cancelling later does not revoke rights over clips you already generated.

One person per account: the license covers you, the account holder. Team or institutional licensing requires a separate agreement — contact us.

4. Rules That Apply to Every Plan

You may not, on any plan:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute EduViz itself — including offering clip generation as a service using your account
  • Present raw EduViz output as a benchmark of human work in bids or academic submissions where AI use is prohibited
  • Use generated clips in unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content
  • Use EduViz output to train automated systems at scale

5. Accuracy Responsibility

AI-generated clips can contain mistakes. The license to use a clip is not a warranty of its correctness — review every clip before teaching or publishing with it. See the Terms of Service for the full disclaimer.

6. Third-Party Elements

Clips include EduViz-created visuals. They do not include stock footage, narration, or third-party music unless clearly identified. Elements included in the finished clip are licensed for that use.
